Book a place in an upcoming workshop. Workshops are usually longer than our regular classes and are themed covering a range of topics and practices relating to yoga including breathwork, meditation, movement, voice, anatomy, philosophy and story telling.
As with our classes we will always honour the roots of Yoga as an ancient wisdom practice and system for self enquiry and study. All workshops, unless stated otherwise, will be suitable for everyone regardless of age, stage or experience.
Evening Relaxation workshops: Tension release, Yin and Yoga Nidra
Thursday 21 May / 25 June 2026
£23 (concessions available)
Join us for a serene and rejuvenating yoga evening workshop. Begin with gentle exercises designed to release stress and tightness from the body with myofascial release techniques, targeting tight muscles and deep connective tissues of the body.
Then, feel the tension melt away as you sink into restorative yin yoga poses, holding them for extended periods to enhance flexibility and relaxation.
Finally, experience the blissful state of yoga nidra, a guided, relaxing meditation lying down.
This workshop provides a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being, leaving you refreshed and centred.
NOTE: the workshop takes place at Grove Park, BS4 3LG, Brislington. Details and directions will be sent following booking.
