Whether you are looking to deepen your own practice, have a few beginner’s sessions before you join a group class or need a personalised session to suit your physical needs or for injury recovery, one to one sessions are a great option. You can book one-to-one personalised yoga sessions hosted at a dedicated studio in Brislington. All sessions last 1 hour and are tailored to suit individual neads. One to two sessions also available.
As with our classes we will always honour the roots of Yoga as an ancient wisdom practice and system for self enquiry and study. All sessions will be suitable for everyone regardless of age, stage or experience.

One-to-one yoga (in person)
Book a one hour one-to-one yoga class tailored to your own needs - you may want to explore your own practice, learn the basics or use yoga as a physical therary. Beginners welcome. Sessions take place in studio at Essence at Grove Park.

Enjoy a one-to-one session from the comfort of your own home. Sessions last one hour and we recommend you have a quiet place to practice and use a yoga mat.

Workplace yoga
Book a one-off or regular workplace yoga, mindfulness or meditation session to promote staff wellbeing available in the Bristol area. Equipment can be provided. Enquire for more information and pricing.
