1. What is therapeutic coaching?
Therapeutic coaching blends practical coaching tools with therapeutic techniques to help you move forward in life. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, build confidence and develop strategies for lasting change.

2. What can I expect in a session?
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your needs. We’ll start by exploring what’s on your mind, identify goals and work through practical steps and mindset shifts to help you progress. It’s collaborative, supportive and focused on your wellbeing designed to equip you with long-term resources.

3. How much does it cost?

  • Single session: £65

  • Block of 3 sessions: £180

  • Block of 6 sessions: £350

  • Block of 10 sessions: £550

4. Where do sessions take place?
You can choose:

  • Online sessions via a secure video platform (Zoom).

  • In-person sessions in Bristol by prior arrangement.

5. What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged in full and are not refundable.

6. How do I pay?
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or secure online payment link. For block bookings, payment is due in full before the first session. For single sessions payment is required ahead of the session.

7. Do you offer refunds?
Should you wish to discontinue refunds are available for unused sessions in a block booking. Sessions already taken are non-refundable.

8. Who is therapeutic coaching for?
It’s ideal for anyone looking to improve confidence, manage stress, navigate life changes, or simply feel more in control. If you’re unsure, get in touch for a quick chat before booking.

10. How many sessions will I need?

It really depends on you. You will usually experience some insights and experience some personal changes within 1-3 sessions; within 6 sessions client can experience meaningful long term changes depending on their focus areas. Some clients look for a few sessions to get them back on track or focus on a specific, time-related issue, other people prefer to take a longer term commitment to therapeutic coaching working on a series of areas over time. We will review your progress and how you are finding the sessions approximately every 5-6 sessions to ensure you are getting the experience and change that is meangingful to you.

11. I don’t want therapeutic coaching can I book one-off coaching, EFT or hypnotherapy sessions?

Yes, of course! We can discuss what you are looking for as part of your Discovery Call. I can work in any way that suits you.
